WebSep 22, 2015 · I'm unable to even launch the game on my alienware. My husband and I have re-downloaded FFXIV. We rebooted, we went through the upgrades if there were any, but the same message keeps popping up "FFXIV Boot Error: File access failed during version check..." what should we do? any suggestions?
