You need to screw the heat break a little further into the heat block so when the nozzle is tightened it doesn't quite end up ... The temperature changed constantly, about ten degrees in both directions until the printer gave up. That's just my assumption. DId a google search and forum search and couldn't find instructions for heater cartridge replacement.
