WebMay 6, 2024 · iPhone email app is capable of notifying me when I have emails in those folders. Outlook app for iPhone does not or I cannot find the setting to enable this. If your account is using the Exchange server, all the mail folders should be synced to your Outlook client. If your account is using the IMAP server, not all folders will be synced.
